Growing up minutes from one another yet never meeting, founders Alissa and Leslie each collected perfume in tiny boxes. They were both fascinated by the jewel-like quality and transformative nature of their treasures. Liis is their shared obsession come to life. Liis is made in California.

residents used to remove the road signs
to get there — a hidden bohemia. Redwood
pine, cedar and guaiac evoke the coastal
forest. Incense, tobacco and vanilla beans
bring the town to life.
